Leaf Analysis

One of the more important factors affecting crop yields is the nutrient status of the plant or the flow of nutrients to plant tissues during the growing season. Nutrient status is an “unseen” factor in plant growth, except when deficiencies become so acute that they are expressed and visual symptoms appear on the plant.

Zadco incorporate a two-step approach:

  1. Local laboratories are utilised for the analytical data.
  2. This data is then fed into the patented information process called “Balanced Analysis” or BA. This system compares each element against the other and determines the nutrient status (nutrient index) of nutritional element for the selected crop. The BA then lists the elements in order from what is most deficient (limiting) to least deficient or in excess.

The BA system allows for a more accurate and targeted and tailored program to best suit the demands of your crop in order to keep all nutrient levels as balanced as possible.
